Many factors affect the price of our services. However, the following base rates help to give an idea of the average prices for face painting:
Private Face Painting: $50+/hr and up
Private Parties: $195-$300/2hrs
Corporate Events: $130-$250/hr

Retainer (Hold) Fee is a non-refundable partial payment due at the time of reservation. The Retainer Fee is 50% of the total cost due upon booking.
The Retainer Fee and Contract must be received to confirm your booking. No artist is reserved for your date unless both the Retainer Fee and Contract are received!
The Retainer Fee is non-refundable, but the fee can be transferred to another event (within 60 days and based on availability) if cancellation is made before 14-days of the original event. Cancellations made within 14-days of the event forfeit the Retainer Fee.
Rates may increase around high-demand seasons such as Halloween or DDLM.
Private Sessions: $125 base rate
Private Parties: $190+/hr
Corporate Events: $225+/hr
Bookings are confirmed ONLY with a 50% RETAINER (non refundable) and a contract.
Travel cost is generally estimated within the total cost, but an additional travel fee may be required when beyond the 5 miles of 91602. Prices vary depending on distance and commute time and is included in the total cost of the invoiced amount.
We will always do our best to complete as many guest as we can during the contracted time-frame. But if additional guests remain near the end time, you can add more time to your contract (based on availability). Adjustment times contracted will be calculated in 15 min increments at $25 per 15 min.
Our artist need an acceptable work area that includes a table, sufficient number of chairs, weather protection, and lighting equipment if necessary. If these necessities are not provided, this equipment is available to rent.
Additional set-up time beyond the artist's needs is consider additional time and will be added to the contracted amount.
Karina is incredible!!! My sons, 2 and 5, never wanted to have anything painted on their bodies until they met her. They've seen her twice now at Ladies Night Out (food truck night the last Friday of every month in Burbank) and that's all they can talk about! And my guys are not easy. They don't ask for spiders and trucks; They ask for Spider-Man and Transformers! And boy oh boy does Karina deliver...and at warp speed! How she managed to do a portrait of Bumblebee in under 5 mins is beyond me! AND she has hair like a fairy which my kids also love. You MUST see her or HIRE her. Your kids will thank you ;)
