Safety and joy. When you hire ByKarina, you will know that the artists use FDA approved products, which are specifically designed for face and body application.   (I am constantly on the search for more naturally manufactured paints/make up that gives just as much vibrancy)

For children under three years of age we prefer to only paint on hands and cheeks, even legs in the summer time,  as young children have sensitive skin and tend to touch their faces more. It is very important  that your face painting experience is enjoyable and amazing!  No child will be painted under duress.

When considering "how much time" you might need....Deciding what is important to you before hand will help in the decision making process.

Do you want to make sure everyone is painted OR simply that as many as can be painted within the allotted time?
